    That's gotta hurt

Going down is already a problem, but going down while live and in a major presentation event ?

I've had dealings with this outfit.

In my experience, Hubspot sell (sales-based) snake-oil to middle-to-upper management. After luring their prey with promises of "x growth", "y integration", "blah blah", they persuade their marks into laying down tens of thousands for a product worth a fraction of that value. Once the contract is signed, support becomes intolerably bad and dev teams are left scratching their heads at what went wrong, waiting for the inevitable question from above... "Couldn't we have done this in Wordpress?".

Couldn't happen to a more deserving company.
