Why would I trust Letsencrypt?
It isn't turtles all the way down, at some point in the chain you have to trust someone.
I've never even heard of Letsencrypt, why should I trust them, and if they're free how can they perform any kind of check.
They're basically producing self-signed certs, nothing more.
