For perspective they cut:
Flexpot - £4500/$8000 which you could spent on wellbeing or financial wellbeing and the company would reimburse you, yes that also includes savings or ISA contributions. This could be more 10% of a junior engineers total earnings.
Partnership Award: They accelerated the payouts but replaced them with RSUs when the NVIDIA deal was scrapped, all paper money which can be worth nothing on valuation is low enough (don't quote me on that last part though).
So even fairly senior engineers took a big paycut overnight and got it all replaced with paper money and a sketchy looking IPO valuation ARMs response was to give everyone an 8% pay bump in engineering, less in other departments with around a 50/50 of layoffs recently.
That is just the financial situation for the attrition, the cultural ones are way worse and you could write a book on them if you worked there in the Softbank era.
