No, the Brits knew exactly what they were doing by sailing that route, it was UK provocation, with at least two embedded journalists on board to "witness" this, from a boat where a deal between the UK and Kiev had just been signed, and on the 80th anniversary of Operation Barbarossa - (Nazi invasion).
