The story of Planetes follows the crew of the DS-12 "Toy Box" of the Space Debris Section, a unit of Technora Corporation. Debris Section's purpose is to prevent the damage or destruction of satellites, space stations and spacecraft from collision with debris (so-called "space debris") in Earth's and the Moon's orbits. They use a number of methods to dispose of the debris (mainly by burning it via atmospheric reentry or through salvage), accomplished through the use of EVA suits.

You CANNOT run a grid on renewables. Certainly not regionally. You would if you had a world wide energy grid and everyone plugged into that (good luck standardising all those different electrical standards and voltages btw). You also need some sort of superconductor grid that has minimal transmission losses. Then you could have solar, wind, tidal and geothermal from world sources power the earth grid. But we are talking far fetched Star Trek future.

As much as the greens hate it. Our base load is nuclear and that's the way it SHOULD stay.

Add in more solar, wind and tidal if u can as you remove coal stations.

But you are raving insane if you think you can run a grid without proper base load generation.

I have ZERO problem with the NHS using medical data to improve the NHS and medical care. We already do large scale trials. Being able to use the entire NHS dataset to find hotspots, issues etc would improve things.

I'm so tired of trying to find shit on amazon lately. the real sellers are buried under a ton of chinese tat i have no desire to buy. And its utterly ridiculous you cannot filter by "uk only" suppliers like on ebay. infact one would surmise that this is deliberate by amazon.

if you want a rage inducing afternoon? try sorting by price low to high when you trying to find stuff... its a farce. you will find suddenly you have PAGES to sort out instead of the few "amazon prefered" they originally gave you. Almost like on purpose to force you to take their defaults.

Its an utter joke.
