I always blame sunspots, it seems they are plausible - at least thats what I assume that facial expression means.

My partner recently added 20 pags to a word doc when trying to scroll - I'm sure we all have stories like this - but at least she didn't blame tech. Maybe that's for more advanced users.

I had fun with one once when I had a Linux machine. I followed all his instructions a number of times but we kept getting stuck and he couldn't undertsand it. At least it stopped him harrassing others for half an hour or so
