NO virtual desktops??
If it doesn't support virtual desktops, it's useless to me. XFCE is my primary WM and I respect their work, but I wouldn't even have bothered to release it yet without VD support.

If you want stability, you either run ESXI on bare metal, or Vmware on a Linux-based host. And even after this, you will probably see slowdowns if Vmware is forced into a subservient role under Hyper-V.
Personally, I stopped using Vmware Workstation years ago after I found out they FIRED THEIR ENTIRE WORKSTATION TEAM - the people who built the company and helped make it a success(!) -- and then outsourced development for it! Switched to Virtualbox and haven't looked back, except for one Player install on Linux. And I was a decent Workstation evangelist, active on their forums and providing assistance.
