Faster, intuitive, less confusing, better tab and memory management, integration of some tools (translation, etc.) and extensions, less hiccups, etc.

Yeah, right. Load them up with (same) extensions and number of (same) tabs and FF is the loser. Also eats more RAM

Because it works better than FF, Vivaldi, Opera. Brave and Edge are the same s*it, different package. And I'm not logged in, everything is turned off, automatic clearing of browsing data enabled, there are no ads, no personalized recommendations, nothing unwanted (except occasional 'use precise location' prompt). I don't give a f... what it feeds to Google, that's useless info as long as they can't feed me something in return.

It still works in Chrome, too. You just need to (re)enable it in chrome://extensions/

That's the problem - you can download and install apps (if you can find them and if they work without GMS) but Huawei can't provide them to you via Play Store, AppGallery or anything else. We are talking about sanctions breach, borderline copyright infringement, etc.

It's not about skills, science, even cost, it's about 'industry' standards and acceptance. You can be corporation/bank with endless resources and in-house-built-from-scratch comm systems but you still have to use skype/slack/webex because of the others. Same goes for criminals (cartels, etc.), governments and other organizations

You can't write something from scratch and use it for communication with other countries...just like you have to use whatsapp/viber/messenger/telegram/etc. instead of your own messaging app
