I remember 2 situations at work when this happened,
Once we were trialing a new helpdesk system would send an acknowledgement upon a new ticket getting generated, which included the originating server for the server error notification, to which the server dutifully replied that the email address for the server didn't exist (Lotus Notes was fun for that), and the helpdesk said Oh new ticket, and sent a reply back.......
The other was an email accidentally sent to all users who had open helpdesk tickets, with the recipients in the TO field, not the BCC field, so of course people started hitting Reply to All, you can guess what happened then.
I followed the certified M$ instructions on how to get rid of that setup screen.....didn't work (as expected)
And of course it blocks everything!
More fuel for my 'Windows is only for Games' bonfire! If Linux played all my games I wouldn't bother with Windows at all due to stuff like this
