Still yet to see a solid answer to a simple question
If someone I may of briefly passed in the street gets Covid19, then what?
Do I self isolate because of that 2 second interaction, where the chance of catching are close to zero. Or do I just ignore it?
If the former, expect cities to grind to a complete halt in a few days.
If the latter, what is the point of the app?
It depends on the wording. Does it say it's going to take conversations even when not in use?
Think it as a sign in a bank saying they will video for security, but then follow you down the street and into your house.
You misreading it. They are not ENFORCING it at the moment. Doesn't mean they are ignoring it. Deferring is better wording. Companies will still get find, but courts are not running fully, their staff will be reduced and you could be building a case against a company that may not be around in 3 months time.
Besides, better to hit them when they have some cash
I feel there is no issue saying "Buy British" "Buy Made In USA" or whatever the French version is. No problem at all with that.
The issue is when you make up bullshit, stoke unfounded fears and spout xenophobic crap, no matter which country is involved.
Promoting yourself. Good
Demonising others. Bad
" I have no trouble distinguishing between peopoe of other races who I know well"
Palm, here is my face.
As I pointed out, familiarity reduces the issue.
And it's fuck all to do with "Trumpism"
Go on use a "search engine" and go discover this thing called "science" for yourself.
Part of learning, is discovering things for yourself.
I had NokiaWinphone. Best OS out there.
So much so the others ripped off some of the features.
Best feature was Bluetooth profile switching.
Get into the car and the home screen would completely redesign with huge icons for Maps, Music etc. In fact cortana actually had a use in the car as you could ""phone" cortana, pull up Here Maps (still the best Navigation system) and navigate....all without removing my hand from the steering wheel.
@John
You're kidding right?
The US couldn't beat a few million in Vietnam & Korea.
How do you fancy taking on the world's largest standing army
Russia didn't beatthe Nazis because they had the best tech, but because they were willing to lose 10 to 1?
Sure kill a few million "just in case", but soon as a few thousand are killed on US mainland soil, things would seriously change.
"The Red Communists of North Vietnam invaded South Vietnam, until they were bombed"
So as you see "Red" in a phrase, you know what you are up against.
Can I suggest you go and study the Vietnam War in a little more detail, especially the pre war history.
Hi Chi Min (as he was later to become) just wanted to have a country free of the imperialism of the French. The US originally supported his cause, but then changed their minds and sided with the French. He was not a die hard "commie" but just wanted freedom for his fellow countrymen, a thing the "north" and "south" both wanted. The US propped up a corrupt puppet government, so you then had the true "reds" team up with Ho's forces to try to overthrow the corrupt regime.
If the US hadn't supported the corrupt regimes, the war may never have happened and the country wouldn't have been so hard line communist.
As for 9/11 again do your history and find out who put the Taliban into power in the first bleeding place.
The US has a good history of meddling in foreign affairs and making the situation far worse for their people.
As much as I dislike Trump, the way he is dealing with Iran is better than others would of done (bomb and invade). Don't get me wrong, it's not a good way, but better than others would have done.
So 91% of Business Applications have out of date software (which is going to be a bullshit figure to start with).
Then....
"Ninety-one percent of the audited applications had components that are either four years out of date or have exhibited no active development for two years."
Well that means 100% of "out of date" programs have components that are four years out of date or abandoned.
