I spotted it a mile off.

Not sure on the HIPPA bit
Going by "Practitioners and other healthcare providers cannot release any identifying information about their patients without written permission." I'm not sure this applies, as it is not the professional bodies that have "lost" this info, as it was the victims themselves that supplied the info to a 3rd party who then lost it.
Now if the USA wasn't so corrupted by big business, they may get some decent laws to cover this, but no doubt they'll just end up with another years free credit checking.

I've been using tsohost for years (actually £5host before take over)
I'm on their budget cloud hosting platform that doesn't use Cpanel. I wasn't affected by this outage.
Personally I've always found their support really could, getting my old site back up and running after a zero day killed it.
Your not going to get anything better if your on the lower tries, as most budget ones don't include backups.

Well if the automated system is causing the issue, then it could be a "get it up and running until we find the exact cause workaround".
I've seen scenario's like this before, you let effectively knock one system off line to allow it to run down and clear a backlog and then bring that back online and knock out another.

Electric cars are crap because xyz.
Electric cars are ace because abc.
For starters, the VAST majority of travel is within the range of a return trip.
If you are one of the majority AND you have somewhere to charge, then it could be for you.
If your do more than the range and/or don't have somewhere to charge then they are most likely not for you. No big deal
Battery technology and management is improving all the time, as are the number of charge points, so maybe it 10years they will be suitable.
Remember, you once had to buy you petrol from the Chemist that was only Monday to Friday 9 to 5.

The issue both NiMH and NiCad was they need to be completely discharged to maintain performance.
As for fast charging, this has certainly been around since the days of Lead Acid batteries.
