I have estimated the Hubble parameter (I refuse to call it a constant) at 68.24, statistically consistent with the CMB/Planck result. But I have used a much simpler direct empirical method based on special relativistic Doppler redshift of the 580 supernovae type 1a in the database of the Supernova Cosmology Project.
