I'm not budging off of Win10. It does what I need, and I like my taskbar vertical down the side.

Surely the EU or US government will step in and call this out as a national security issue. Effectively MS will be extorting millions of businesses and people to pay for extended support to prevent their devices being taken over and encrypted. Will they send around virtual people with baseball bats if you miss a payment? Have they found a loophole to the potential banning of ransomware payments?

They can still sell your historical transaction data, or access to it, or however they try to play down the breach in privacy and trust.

I've just requested my PayPal account be closed and my data deleted. I honestly feel a bit betrayed and at the same time disappointed by my own naivety.

I use my leaf blower to clean my home entertainment cabinet. It does a great job without having to move any of the kit or the cabinet. Those pesky spiders don't stand a chance! I've got an open plan living area with wooden floors and large sliding doors both sides. OK, I use it to clean the entire living area when no one else is at home. I also use it to clean out my coffee grinder, outside of course.

Bugs -> Dark Mode

I've only just resigned myself to Win 10 bugs and other annoyances being being referred to as "Features". Are Microsoft now calling them "Dark Mode" in Win 11? Are Microsoft going to pile even more crap and workarounds onto us, and then suggest we let go and embrace the Dark Side?

Also.... who the hell has their taskbar on the bottom (or top) of a landscape oriented monitor?!?!?!

If Chat vendors make provision for the UK and US to intercept conversations, then surely the same function must be offered to all governments when its a matter of "National Security"?
