Part of my job being to block websites I thought it would be worth a look. First paragraph in the paper "parts of this document have been redacted as they contain techniques for by passing web blocking controls... " .. guess which part of the paper I skipped to ...

I find it easy to applaud the BBC's actions, they was obviously no malicious intent. The spirit of the law , that is to decrease malicious abuse of computers , was palpably upheld.

I'm fed up with seeing the easy targets shot at, the real criminals are those that crafted the botnet and they should be the ones brought to justice, not the BBC..

The "flame" he sent you is hardley worth the title , it seems thought through, lacks grammatical errors (unlike this post) and express's a legitamate concern."Vitriolic" is over the top for what was an attempt at humour , but by giving this FotW status you just draw your attention to what is a very old joke about sheep and welshmen.
