I disable the ability of the few Windows 10 machines to reach M$ domains using PiHole from that subnet. It stops all that updating/rebooting/updating nonsense which breaks instrument data collecting processes in the lab.

Yes, whenever I have to use Windows I'm reminded of how many reboots it requires and the waiting pain while updates are installed both before AND after a reboot !

All great stuff and got it running on Linux and it worked well as a test but now I want to remove all installed files but how ?

So far, I did two things:

ollama rm mistral:latest

sudo rm -f /usr/local/bin/ollama

but is anything else was pulled down or installed ?

The issue with moving to a Mac is the cost of the hardware, around double as far as I can gather.
