Microsoft apologizes for not explaining cheaper no-AI M365 plans, and all it took was a government lawsuit

A_O_Rourke

I wonder

If Microsoft will apply the changes to people in the rest of the world or will they wait for a government law suit before "fixing" the obscure information??

Digital ID is now less about illegal working, more about rummaging through drawers

Facepalm

Makes me wonder

If it's not needed for anything except work why they are touting early trials to Veterans and promising all manner of benefits "About 1.8 million veterans are eligible for the card which helps proves their status to access services and discounts."

Re: Question

The company I work for has a lot of Small / medium customers with remotely managed routers, we have started to switch out POTS Modems for GSM Modems. More expensive for sure but as the OP stated, cheaper than a truc kroll for an engineer to attend site for a 2 minute configuration change.

Ah yes, the most pointless petition ever, lets assume it gets 3.5 Million votes, that's around 5% of the 68 million UK population (OK, I know, not voters), let's say the voters = 35 Million, that's still only 10% who can be bothered to sign a petition which might as well have said, The british people want Turkeys to Vote for Christmas :-)

I'm not sure why people use Oyster cards

I'm from a little country village "OOP North" but whenever I go to that there London I simply use my watch and tap to pay, unless the OP doesn't want their bank tracking their journeys (assuming they have a bank)

Re: What is "enough"?

I think the post code lottery is becoming a thing of the past, I'm in a VERY rural location between Preston and Southport (Northern England for the geographically challenged), no Cable here but BT have FFTH with a 935 / 119 Connection to my router so maybe "Levelling up" is working "Oop-North"??

Virgin Media are the worst

For me, every time I see that "Virgin fibre" advert with the logo being formed by a coax swooping in really gets on my nerves, almost as if Virgin are saying "we can say anything we like and insult your intelligence whilst doing it!"
