Wow, internet pioneers can't use internet

Pretty basic error that they've been unable to properly measure and bill for internet access when they purport to be online experts. When I was with them I found their claim that you could use their site without charge to be erroneous, too.

They really are a joke these days. The signal and internet connection are poor, and their forum is overrun with idiots posting about their dinner. That's why I left.
