GDPR?
What is GDPR anyway? It sounds familiar. Is this something to do with the privatisation of railways? In which case this is the wrong forum.

Yes Adam, and you make a very good point. A lot of organisations began with very genuine and well meaning roots and intentions. It seems that often they are infiltrated and overtaken by the more extremist elements (applies to the right as much as to the left) with strong political agendas. The Labour party is an interesting example. This even applies to mainstream charities that have morphed in to quasi political organisations.
Amnesty International is a political organisation with Marxist Leninist roots. Like so many others that masquerade as well meaning foundations eg Greenpeace, FOE the list is endless. Long and short they are anti establishment, anti capitalist anti Police. They are the apologists for terrorism along with the mainstream media who always paint the unfortunate victims of the current wave of stabbings as 'aspiring'.
Aspiring footballer, aspiring architect, aspiring lawyer and of course aspiring rapper. The sad truth is that the majority of these young men are deeply involved in drug dealing and gang violence. It is in fact political correctness that has hampered police efforts to crack down on crime and now we are seeing the consequences of it, alongside the Pakistani rape scandals that have been tolerated for years over the UK. This dogma is the real reason why so many are suffering at the moment.
I'm sure the community on this thread will also remember the beautiful Vulcan and Lightning aircraft which had similar window rattling prowess. Loving the nostalgia here. Apparently the Lightning's vertical acceleration was very hard to match. Do share your experiences
Sir/Madam, you are bang on the money with that one (NPI). With any fledgling development there will be resistance from the old guard. Especially when there is such a seismic shift coming the way we transact and exchange information. There will be a distinct polarisation between those who adopt and the those who wish to maintain the status quo. The banks are Blockbuster and Blockchain/Bitcoin are Netflix, knocking on the door.
You will find that Cayman has one of the most transparent and well regulated financial regimes in the world. The journalism and politics of envy are always quick to rail against tax neutral territories but if you really want to find laundering, corruption and the hidden billions of despots and crooked regimes look no further that...yes you've guessed it... London! Right on the doorstep of the journos and SJW's that bleat so much about offshore. The irony would make Alanis blush. It's almost as bad as rain on your wedding day
It's party time in Uttar Pradesh. We still haven't cottoned on to the rip off that's taking place, Just as it happened to Perot Systems and many others. The Indian outsourcers come in at a high level, place their family/friends /regional contacts in high positions. Then get rid of the local staff, farm everything out to India and declare a return to profitability (because of a reduced wage bill) and once there is nothing left of the operation because of catastrophically bad service it's off to the next target. When will we ever learn?
