Get ready to an industrial dispute
My neighbour is a long serving bt employee 20 plus service. He’s said he could of moved many many times doubling his salary but it was the pension that kept him in. He said yesterday he felt completely 5hi77ed on by the bt management. Why is it the hard workforce get always slapped in the face for being good workers.
If the changes do go though bt will have to start paying market rates for salaries and kids goodbye to the life blood of bt loyal staff. Unfortunately the brightest and best will leave the company.
