Aren't NHS GPs paid per registered patient...

If so, this sounds like cherry-picking to me. GPatHand gets a bunch of 'easy' patients to deal with for the same money as an 'area' GP has to deal with whatever comes in the door and registers. Are other GP surgeries allowed to disallow various pre-existing conditions when registering patients?
