Damn I am glad someone else picked up on this. "Digitialisation" is all over our organisation and it is driving me to distraction. Don't even get me started on people saying on-premise as opposed to in the cloud! Premises is not a plural, it is god damn singular.

As far as I know with digitisation, there is a distinction. Digitisation is the conversion of print media, digitialisation is conversion of analog signals to digital. People should not be conflating the two.

I broke my phone a bit getting it into a VR headset so I'm kind of in the market for a new one. I had my eye on prices from September until today and their Boxing Day/January Sale prices were a LOT higher than Black Friday prices. Their sales aren't sales. People keep using the word, but to me and probably many others it is only a sale if its at least a third off.

Or you know, you could just remember what your variables are for and make sure you don't write bad types into them? It's just like people who rely on spelling and grammar checkers. Not necessary if you are paying attention.
