In terms of overall wattage, my home province British Columbia (i.e. in Canada!) has ELEVEN TIMES the available wattage for power generation at 11,000 Megawatts or 11 Gigawatts. Virginia is a PIP SQUEAK TINY STATE in terms of the HUUUUUUUUGE POWERHOUSES of electrical generation which are in order of available power generation:

1) Quebec Hydro (45,000 megawatts or 45 gigawatts)

2) Ontario Hydro (37,000 megawatts or 37 gigawatts)

3) BC Hydro (11,000 megawatts or 11 Gigawatts)

which are the largest hydro producers in North America. There are nuclear power plant systems that are larger but for available power nothing beats hydro-generated electricity.

Since I actually LIVE in the BC lower mainland area, I can tell you that ZERO Avenue runs right along the border starting just east of the Peace Arch crossing in White Rock, British Columbia, CANADA!

ZERO Avenue goes towards the coast mountain range for about another 40+ KM along dirt flat farmland until it turns in Boundary Road at Sumas which is also mostly straight and right beside the border until that border road finally runs into rather rugged mountain territory and turns north again.

The USA/CAN border from then runs onwards to the east literally cutting a swath through the trees and rocks until it hits the Nova Scotia coast after 5000+ KM or so!

They have ON BOTH SIDES of the border, various infrared/thermal cameras, audio telescope microphones, buried weight sensors and other imaging and sensory equipment ALL ALONG that area to foil illegal border crossers. On a physical basis, there really is just a low fence running along that part of the border so you could just hop on over to either country if you're so inclined.

Most British Columbians just go over the border to Washington State to get cheap gas (petrol) since our gas is $1.72 CAN a litre whereas Washington state is $1.05 CAN a litre or even less in some places!

Vancouver area actually has some of the HIGHEST gas/petrol prices in North America at an equivalent of $6.51 CAN or $4.83 U.S. per US Gallon.

Almost any decent programmer worth their salt can create custom Ham Radio software that opens up to the world FULLY ENCRYPTED communications using software that speaks NORMAL English Text (or other languages!) using common phrases and "faked/artificial" over-the-air conversation where the WORDS, PHRASES AND INTONATION THEMSELVES are the compressed and encrypted data.

"We are meeting at 221b Baker Street London." Since the English Language has 26 characters I can create a modulation scheme that determines that certain words and phrases mean certain things that are NOT of the actually spoken words. Example: "Baker Street" is the compressed token for "I will be going home to you at 8:00pm tonight meet me right outside". Any type and length of phraseology can be used as the "tokens" for a digitally encrypted over-the-air communications schema.

By using a PUBLISHED common database and/or your OWN private database, you can use voice synthesis to have two Ham radios speak normal English between said radios but the phrases, individual words and even intonation will be interpreted by the software-based voice-to-text converters as POINTERS to common (public) tokens or private tokens that represent compressed digital data. This means I could easily create enough variations from common voice exchanges that can be used to store compressed digital data of ANY length and type.

For example: Engineering and math words could be set aside as containing video and audio packets while weather terms could be set aside as containing email data. The individual letters and combinations of vowels, constants, individual words, entire phrases AND EVEN THEIR INTONATION within the English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindustani, Pashtun, etc. languages within a phrase could actually represent an entire coding and compression schema itself such as Hexadecimal or octal notation so that anyone listening would hear normal conversations over-the-air.

But in reality, a HIGH QUALITY voice synthesizer and speech-to-text converter are acting as a "Conversational Modem" sending digital data back-and-forth between ham radios at what I would expect to be around 256 to 1024 Kilobits (64 kilobytes to 256 kilobytes per second) if they were speaking in a normal speed of typical voice conversation. That's EASILY ENOUGH BANDWIDTH for email and even digitally encoded real-time voice communications or very low quality video communications. The English or other language's phraseology and intonation themselves ARE the encrypted and compressed data tokens which represent MUCH LARGER digital data streams.

This means government agencies listening in would hear normal voices of many synthesized types and intonations BUT the back and forth conversations are in reality encrypted and compressed communications that are in effect "Over-The-Air Voice Modems" !!!

Since MANY modern portable and fixed station radios are now software enabled, I can EASILY add voice-to-text and text-to-voice capability from my smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC. And if the radios are NOT software enabled via bluetooth and/or USB or RS232 connectors, then just put a microphone and speaker nearby the handset and/or headset which will record and playback mobile device created and interpreted voice-synthesized text!

THE KEY ISSUE is to make the voice synthesizer realistic enough and the phraseology common enough that detection by monitoring software becomes nearly impossible. I can do that by MODELLING the human vocal chord structure and ADD-IN artificial accents and realistic intonation of common public AND private phrases which will represent orally tokenized digital data.

WHY is this even a problem?

Use THREE AMD Ryzen 2700x combined CPU/GPU processors running at 3.7 GHz and INTERLEAVING them on a nanosecond time slice interval to emulate ANY Wifi, Edge, GSM, 3G, 4G and 5G waveform at up to 5.5 GHz! I can produce a $1500 US 5G-capable SOFTWARE-DEFINED radio modem that WAAAAAAAY outperforms a $500,000 (400 000 Euros) Huaweii, Ericsson or Nokia mega-5G-switch.

Sheesh! I've got one of these DIY modems on my desk and it can do up to 5.55 GHZ and around 1,000 users if you use GPU portion of the processors to do the DSP and then output to a decent DAC and amplifier for output to the correct antenna configuration! ANY modern 3 to 5+ GHz general purpose AMD, Intel, and ARM processor can EASILY act as a Radio DSP if you interleave your waveform sample inputs/output properly!

At the processing rates of any modern GPU portion, it's not hard to do FROM ONE THOUSAND up to TEN THOUSAND simultaneous users using the SIMD instructions to do parallel processing of digital signal samples. Just add more Ryzen CPU/GPU combos to get more users! I don't SEE WHY we have to pay four hundred thousand Euros when 1200 Euros will do the job of 5G signal input/output plus user call and data stream management!

We're not creating MMC's (Monoloithic Microwave Circuits and/or COMM chips) on GaAs, we are doing EXACTLY what Cray did BACK in the day (1970's) with vector processors (i.e. basically SIMD-like array processing) except we are directly etching 280 nm Vector-orented circuits onto the substrate like any normal CMOS chip except we're adding Beryllium, Sulphur, etc to get our P and N-type structures.

We use IBM licenced microchannel technology for cooling underneath and BETWEEN the line traces. We've done this before! The parent company has lots of eBeam etchers which can go down 7nm on CMOS circuits and at 280 nm for the GaAs so wicking heat away is not an issue in our technology. They run at 60 GHz and TWO THz JUST FINE --- Thank You Very Much!

No Liquid Nitrogen cooling is needed as unlike Cray, we mere use much cheaper and longer lasting Silicone Oil for Immersing our motherboards and very large heat exchangers. Again, this company is WELL EXPERIENCED in high-speed circuit production. The chips go into aerospace craft very well and are actually MUCH EASIER to make than Rad-Hardened Silicon-on-Sapphire technology.

Sometimes that's all you need. AND YES my compiler does in fact output incrementing and decrementing opcodes which can turn your dryer on and off via said PIC! DigiKey keeps sending their postcards wanting me to order more of them....

That is EXACTLY what it does! Compile to well-thought-out Virtual Assembler Instructions that do COMMON tasks that have been part and parcel of almost ALL major processor chips since the 1970's. The key is to make a Simple State Machine that contains and represents instructions that are common to many modern CPU, GPU and DSP chips AND you get the compiler to LIMIT it's output to TYPES of instructions that are available on a given CLASS of processing chip. (i.e. Server or Desktop CPU, DSP, GPU or MCU, and even a PIC processor!)

My compiler outputs up to 150 instructions which cover a wide variety of bit-wise, signed and unsigned integer, fixed point, floating point and binary codec decimal (BCD) manipulation and various boolean and character string handling tasks, in addition to basic RGBA, YCbCrA and HSLA pixel and bitmap handling tasks plus simplified TC/UDP/IP V4/V6 communications stack handling at various bit-width from 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, 64-bits and 128-bits. That is ALL we need to worry about. Eevrything else can be done as higher level algorithms.

From that SIMPLIFIED set of 150 Virtual CPU/GPU/DSP instructions, our engineers have devised and created highly optimized assembler code for over 100 general purpose CISC and RISC CPU's, low-end and high-end DSP chips, Various GPU chips, General Microcontroller Units (MCU's), Networking Chips and even PIC's (Programmable Interrupt Controllers)!

My compiler at the final step merely MAPS TO and outputs those optimized assembler routines giving me SAFE, SECURE and reasonably FAST code for many chip types! Computers in-themselves ARE finite state machines which means I can emulate ANY SPECIFIC computer system on another!

The parent company DOES in fact have a 128-bits wide general purpose GaAs combined CPU/GPU/DSP server-class processor that is DECADES PAST any AMD EPYC, IBM POWER-10 and Intel Xeon processor! Ours START at 60 GHz and go up to TWO TERAHERTZ for the DSP chips! This company IS BIG (i.e. lotsa money!)! It has unparalleled software, technical and hardware engineering talent, and has incredible manufacturing capacity AND it's been in business a very long time. I just happen to know one of the owners personally so I get a bit more leeway than others!

Why do you think the circuit line widths are 280 nm? GaAs uses ENORMOUS AMOUNTS of power at monolithic substrate sizes! Some of the DSP chips are 200mm+ across! YET they run at up to TWO terahertz and the more general-purpose CISC 128-bits wide processor is 60 GHz. I really couldn't care less what ya think whether it's Sci-Fi or not. The PROOF is in the PUDDING! THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 THz GaAs superchips! The parent company DOES!

Now of course, WHY this type of programming is such a big deal in teh Intel vs ARM sphere, is that it REALLY SHOULD NOT MATTER which CPU, GPU or DSP you develop for!

Your KEY ISSUE always SHOULD BE --- What does my software and hardware actually do and WHY do I need to put my specific software on a specific chip?

The questions to ask:

1) Does my application require so much processing that I MUST USE a desktop class or server class CPU?

2) Is my application sensitive to local power consumption level?

- i.e. am I running this application on machines or in geographic locations where local power availability is an issue?

3) Does my Application require uptime on a 24/7/365 basis (i.e. Six Sigma 99.9999% uptime performance)

- this is typical for places like large industrial plants, Hospitals and other emergency services where downtime could cause injury, death or severe damage to connected systems OR cause untold financial losses if the application is unavailable for full-on use!

4) Is there a physical limitation where my application MUST run on a device that is small in actual size and thus requires lower power usage, lower continuous uptime, intermittent operation or smaller amounts of data transfer/usage?

5) Is my application considered a Critical System (i.e. life and death type of system) or is it more consumer or low-intensity use?

When you answer THOSE points above, your source code SHOULD be able to made flexible enough to SCALE UP or SCALE DOWN (i.e. in terms of using more or less of available cores and local processing speed) ......AND..... SCALE-OUT or SCALE-IN (i.e. in terms of using MORE OR LESS numbers of network nodes, entire single o multiple CPU'S, GPU's and DSP's)

This means YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF whether or not your application can use or even NEEDS to use single or multiple threads AND/OR single or multiple cores, or multiple CPU's, GPU's, DSP's and networks thereof!

If you're doing mobile gaming, I highly doubt you need to render graphics for 4K/8K video display when 2.7K or even 1080p is good enough! However, If you're doing 10,000 file renders of multi-resolution videos for a broadcaster then your app probably needs to be multithread AND multi-core AND multi-network-node capable for it's video file processing!

THOSE application specification WILL determine your final chips and processing sub-system you need to output for. Now it should be said, that YOUR CODE ALWAYS should have two-modes of ability!

a) Be able to SCALE-UP and SCALE-DOWN available LOCALLY AVAILABLE processor speeds and threads.

b) Be able to be SINGLE SYSTEM USE and MULTI-CORE, MULTI-CPU, MULTI-NETWORK NODE capable.

This means for the IMPORTANT parts of your applications which almost ALWAYS include text or file search and data access speeds AND actual data processing (i.e. combine, reduce, render, add, subtract and otehr types of actual data manipulation) that can FIT WITHIN (stretch-out and shrink-in) to the available computing horsepower.

You need to then make your IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS be able to decide HOW to operate depending upon the available horsepower and connectivity that is detected.

As noted above, ALL my important routines have PROCESSING HORSEPOWER FLAGS which specifically get used ONLY when the specified amount or range of processing ability is detected.

So you NEED to talk to your end-users and DEFINE specific thresholds which form HARD AND FAST boundaries as to when, where and HOW your data is to be processing depending upon how much available processing power is available locally AND/OR globally!

1) What do your customers and end-users NEED TO DO AT A MINIMUM in order to get their goods and/or services delivered quickly?

2) How can we reduce the number of steps to get those goods and services delivered quickly?

3) What EXTERNAL factors (i.e. government regulations and 3rd party intermediaries or suppliers) will cause the process to slow down and/or stop completely for that end goal of quick delivery?

4) How can my application system INCLUDE those parties so I can speed up my final goal of quick delivery?

5) What is the speediest and/or most cost-effective hardware system my application can run on which will HELP ME delivery my goods and services quickly?

Answer those five questions and your application will be written and deployed a heck of a lot quicker!

I should note there are over 120 Hardware/Software Engineers working on the OPTIMIZED CPU, GPU, DSP, MCU FPU, and yes even PIC (Programmable Interrupt Controller) which have MAPPED the chip-specific instruction to EACH of my custom Virtual Instructions.

I (and ONLY ME!) did the ENTIRE FRONT-END compiler which outputs the Virtual Instruction Set from C/C++, Pascal, Basic and YES even Fortran Source Code. The engineering teams created HIGHLY SPECIALIZED and COMPLETELY OPTIMIZED chip-specific instructions that MAP-OUT to and MATCH the intent of the virtual instructions. The text editor is standardized Brief-like which many in IDE systems tends to use, so I didn't have to worry about creating the text editing part, I just needed to hook the Brief-like text editor into my middle-ware parser and compiler.

The ONE KEY part of all our code is that EVERY sub-routine uses Try-Exception-based error trapping so at the very lowest of hardware levels, our code will ALWAYS output a proper signed integer error and/or status code and a multi-lingual error and/or status string to a SINGLE standardized token-handling library which is automatically trapped and error-handled in upper layers. This makes our output code almost bullet-proof!

No weird crashes or pop-up windows as we design EVERYTHING to be error-trapped and handled. There is a 3% to 5% speed penalty but we care more about runtime-safety than pure speed. We can always throw more processors and network nodes at a problem if it needs it. In fact, we have tested the compiler out to "Critical Systems" scales which allows it's use for Nuclear Systems, Aerospace Flight Control and Large-Scale Transport and Critical/Medical/Mass Machine Control applications. Multiple ISO and Mil-Spec standards are adhered to for the UTMOST in long-term uptime and CRITICAL SYSTEMS SAFETY where WE DESIGN FOR a "Fail-Gracefully" mindset of ALL HARDWARE-level and upper-level Communications and Application Layers.

This has worked for over 15 years and it now takes the parent company mere weeks to do large-scale development for use on multiple platforms versus BEFORE that 2005 period, where the average project took TWO to FIVE YEARS to complete!

Again, the reasoning BEHIND THIS is creating long-uptime software (i.e. DECADES without a reboot!) that reacts GRACEFULLY to hardware and software failure to such a level that we can, if necessary FAIL-TO-SAFE-STOP and/or MITIGATE-AND-CONTINUE-AT-SAFER-LEVELS for EVERY part of our code library. Our code is so safe we can drive a car/truck at beyond Level-5 AND fly a space shuttle SAFELY AND FULLY AUTONOMOUSLY !!!

AND because we compartmentalize everything, we can actually MATHEMATICALLY PROVE and RESTRICT sub-routine inputs and outputs to specific acceptable values and ranges on an automated basis for all the lawyers and safety engineers who would like to do their due diligence on our systems.

So again, ONE PERSON did the front-end compiler, but MANY PERSONS did the optimized and HIGHLY ERROR-CHECKED chip specific code! The parent company has technology many people would find utterly STUNNING! How many companies can create 128-bit Gallium Arsenide Substrate combined-CPU/GPU/DSP superchips that run at 60 GHz up to TWO TERAHERTZ? I would say a very very FEW...less than ten worldwide organizations I would say can do that!

I've looked at over 100 different CPU/GPU/DSP architectures in 30 years+ of programming and what I DID is create one single CUSTOM VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION SET and compile all my C/C++, Pascal or Basic source code to that Virtual Instruction Set which includes ONLY the most basic CPU/GPU/DSP instructions and Bit-Widths (i.e. a Virtual RISC machine) and and then let my compiler's back-end cross-compile processor de-construct that virtual instruction set to whatever chip-specific or hardware accelerated instruction set my make file and compiler flags are set to, be they x86, ARM, MIPS, SuperSPARC, A12, 68000-series, 6502, Z80, SHARC, IBM Power7/8/9/10, DSP, MCU, MPU, FPU, GPU, ASIC, even a low-level cheap PIC!

This means by using ONE SINGLE make file, I can set my compiler output to ANY 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, 64-bit and 128-bit CPU/GPU/DSP chip I want and my compilers AUTOMATICALLY optimize the Virtual RISC Instructions I output to very-processor-specific instruction sets. Since ALMOST ALL chips have the same TYPES of BASIC assembler instructions, I've been able to keep a library of simple, pre-defined and HIGHLY OPTIMIZED assembler sub-routines which substitute for my Virtual CPU/GPU/DSP instructions. Any larger bit-widths or media-specific instructions NOT available on the target system, get truncated/merged downwards to fit on an automated basis. I've been able to compile and run a TEXT-based "windowing" system on an 8-bit 6502 and a 16-bit 80286 using the SAME source code designed for our custom 128-bit GaAs chip because the cross-compiler automatically takes care of the limits of the destination processor and MAKES THINGS FIT into available RAM/DISK and CPU speed by changing graphics and windowing into lower resolutions, bit-depths and even text-mode if necessary! It even takes care of Flat mode and Segmented Memory, unusual file/disk access systems, real-mode vs Virtual mode switching, hard interrupt vs cooperative processing, IP V4/V6 local network and global communications, and other quirks of 1970's era to 2010's era common CPU/GPU/DSP chips!

The earliest Pascal and Fortran compilers used to do this. They originally output p-Code which was a virtualized instruction set which was then de-constructed into chip-specific assembler by the back-end compiler on an at-runtime basis, or as a final executable file depending upon your compiler flags. I do the same thing BUT I have highly optimized back-end assembler for over a 100 CPU/GPU/DSP chips which means my source code is FULLY multi-platform capable with high-end real and virtual memory management, virtualized desktops, communications, file and disk handling, windowing, graphics, database, toolbars and back-office objects.

As a New chipset comes along, I merely make a Textfile-based Lookup Table (LUT) which maps my virtual instruction set to the optimized and error-checked-and-error-trapped chip-specific assembler code. And since I only use a basic 150 virtual instructions specific to CLASSES OR TYPES of chips such as a general purpose single-to-multi-core CPU, a GPU or a DSP-only chip, it takes me barely a week to two to add the NEW processor to my cross-compiler which handles C/C++, Pascal and Basic as the front-end source code.

Sorry, but the message timestamps and other information I see in the emails "they" (You?) send me indicates Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Russia. I am guessing at least a few of "them" speak Portuguese and that at least one of "them" is from Barcelona, Spain. And another is from St. Petersburg, RU and that proxy server "they" use is literally three blocks from GRU bureau offices.

The BIG problem is that I have EIGHT different state-level agencies watching my Vancouver office via ONLINE means and in person. Many lawyers in the USA work on Contingency Fees (i.e. no pay unless you win!) which USUALLY START around 30% of judgements awarded PLUS hourly rates and expenses. Hip surgeries cost between $35,000 to $75,000 to $150,000 of out-of-pocket costs and most times your HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) plan is gonna try and get out of paying your policy amounts, so you have to take THEM to court too in order to get your surgery paid for! Most times they will drag it out for YEARS but eventually settle for 50% of the amount which is still a lot of money for you to personally have to pay when your broken hip costs you a $15,000 to $75,000 co-payment paid to the hospital while you fight it out with the insurance company for the rest of the hospital money you're on the hook for!

And as an aside to my reply to you...INDEED you are correct that power and energy are NOT the same thing. 3500 Joules is quit a lot of total energy and it WILL move 10 grams of mass at quite a velocity specifically if it is transferred on an impulse basis within mere milliseconds. Ergo we use multiple 375 watt video batteries.

I never really "properly got" the term Joules during my collegiate educational period, so for my "Practical Application Level", I happen to personally convert/like Watts/Second units because I can EASILY translate that format to computer source code and spreadsheet formulas for modelling. A Cruel Irony that technically you are very correct, but I did say MULTIPLE 375 watt batteries and steel darts covered in ceramic are actually quite light. The ceramic is for atmospheric heating issues (i.e. on the large diameter "Rods for Gods" that we usually work with), but the magnetically driveable steel dart cores can easily weigh only a few grams if we make them small enough.

And we actually ARE transferring almost the ENTIRE 35 watts (minus typical losses) in that mere milliseconds, so technically if we extroplated 10 milliseconds of 35 Watts into Joules Per Second it would be on the order of around 3500 Joules per second.

I understand where you are coming from, but that ENTIRE 35 watts is being transferred from the capacitor in much less than 10 milliseconds so the specific IMPULSE is enough to accelerate the rather light dart to 2000 mph (3000 kmh). If you do the math which I know you can do, the actual energy required to move ten grams to 3000 KPH is only 41 Watts/sec. Steel darts CAN be as light as 10 grams which will STILL make a very nice hole in a person. This is why I did say MULTIPLE 375 watt pro-level video camera batteries and if I designed it, the coils would be made to take into the hundred of watts per second so I can move 200+ gram darts.

Higher wattages at fast impulse tends to blow out the induction coils which need cooling which isn't all that portable, which is WHY we use very large tanks of liquid helium in the bigger rail guns. For a portable system a coil-cooling setup similar to modern GPU graphics card vapour chamber cooling and tubing IS SUFFICIENT and still portable for our needs.

The biggest issue so far is getting a capacitor that can actually DRAIN in 10 milliseconds across a switching buss that connects and charges all coils in sequence in microsecond impulses so there is a pulsed linear induction rail formed for propulsion purposes. Those types of capacitors need sub-10 millisecond draining at high current AND still recharge in a few tens of milliseconds for a higher firing rate. That type of high current drain/charge cycling BREAKS all normal capacitors so you need to goto ceramic layering and custom high-surface area plates which use nano-tubes to allow HUGE amounts of charge accumulation in a small volume. That type of capacitor is VERY expensive BUT they are available!

Using modern technology available to ANYONE, I could take our 3D metal printers (Titanium powder) and build ourselves some long barreled rifles surrounded by linear induction coils attached to nano-second drain super-capacitors which will make my a very nice and portable "Rail Gun" which can accelerate a simple steel dart (covered in thin ceramic) within 36 inches to over 5000+ MPH (8000 KMH) where the kinetic energy of that steel dart would WAAAAY outclass ANY modern rifle!

The MAJOR issues were keeping STATIC and STABLE the number of picoseconds or nanoseconds each CPU/GPU is offset from the next AND stabilizing the time it takes to SWITCH between the CPU's so that individual waveform timeslices can be concatenated and antialiased properly to create an up-to-100 GHz signal for direct output to an antennae system. Again, this is not the first time we have created such an SDR system and MANY of our products are SPACE-RATED and RAD-HARDENED so they work in some of the most extreme environments imaginable. AND with proper shielding (i.e. Sheet Tungsten surrounding ceramic enclosures!) you CAN send a 16-socket EPYC motherboard into space and NOT have it totally fried and /or have all it's data storage bit-flipped by solar rays and other high-intensity radiation!

I've got multiple custom-PCB 16-Socket versions (YES! Sixteen CPU Sockets!) of AMD Ryzen 2700u, 16-socet Threadripper-2, ...AND... 16 socket AMD EPYC motherboards sitting on my workbench NOW! It took me less than three months to design, print and test ALL THREE!

We were the ones who developed and printed ALL the PCB's at our facility. (we use these boards for Aerospace-oriented synthetic vision system and various grid-processing tasks) And you are correct in that the EPYC architecture DOES NOT ALLOW for the direct connect of four CPU's like the old Opteron AbuDhabi's did. So we basically made 8 separate EPYC server boards onto ONE very large PCB and interconnected then with an onboard 100 gigabit switching network (i.e. single mode glass fibre). We did the SAME for the Threadripper-2 and Ryzen-2700u's making them independent micro-motherboards but printed onto a single PCB all interconnected with an onboard 10 Gigabit switching network. For multiprocessing, we've got our ULTRA-POWERFUL grid-processing software which automatically load-balances all the available CPU's!

Software-wise, we basically run a grid-based Linux OS on each set of processors, but if you want, you can also directly run Windows 2010, Ubuntu or Mint or Windows 2016/2019 Server as if they were regular separate motherboards. We actually did this multi-CPU on single PCBs since the days of 80286's, 80386's, MC68040's, i860's, SuperSparcs, MIPS, Pentiums, AMD Opteron AbuDhabi's, and now we do it with Ryzen- 2700u, Threadripper-2 and EPYC chips for cost reasons.

We've done this multi-CPU-on-a-single-PCB method FOR DECADES NOW !!!

You have to remember, the parent company has ENORMOUS technological personnel and engineering resources behind them! They can AFFORD to do this type of completely custom work! This company has LITERALLY TONNES OF RACKS of these 16-socket boards in the main warehouse! AND this company also does supercomputing-oriented design and manufacture of combined CPU/GPU chips for 128-bits wide Array processors for advanced bitwise and higher-level Fixed Point, Floating Point and Integer math operations and digital signal processing. These chips are printed on GaN and GaAs and run at 60 GHz clock speeds so this company has better technology processes and systems than Apple, IBM, Intel, AMD and ARM ALL-COMBINED !!!

In terms of 5G licencing, the relevant patents are from Qualcomm, Intel, NPR, Blackberry, Nokia and Ericsson who have NO PROBLEM with letting their tech go for $25 US each! (i.e. 2.5% Royalty per patent holder) which means out the $5000 per 1000 simultaneous user router box I could charge, only $750 of that goes to licencing fees, $2000 for manufacturing and $2250 is pure profit!

In terms of an Antenna system, I can put multiple surface printed Fractal Antennae on a 50 cm by 50 cm planar board that is tuned to specific bands for high end signal gain capability.

The REASON no-one has challenged the market before is that NO-ONE ELSE has thought of using multiple 4 GHz+ CPU/GPU chips as the main signal processor. Everyone else designs CUSTOM HARDWARE circuits for the low end 500 MHZ to 6 GHz bands and specialty GaN/GaAs high-speed monolithic circuits (i.e. EXPENSIVE!) for the 24-to-86 GHz bands used in 5G. For the high frequency bands, you can use a software/hardware combination technique called waveform construction/deconstruction interleaving which I have done before for TWO TERAHERTZ+ signals processing.

You just offset the timing of the waveform processing for EACH cpu/gpu by X-number of pico-and-nanoseconds and sample a portion of the waveform at the speed of the processor and then mix each time slice together to get an accurate timeslice of a high-speed signal which can be interpolated/smoothed (Antialiased) and output to an antenna on send or have the sampled signal put into the proper array index location upon receive!

The CPU ITSELF can be used as a direct digital signal synthesizer by interleaving and switching between CPU/GPU chips offset by mere nano-or-pico-seconds. The clock jitter for an average AMD Ryzen DOES ALLOW for me to offset signal processing interleave that would support even up to 100 GHz signals! An off-board RF switch allows me to concatenate the synthesized waveform slices to ensure that a valid 5G signal for even the 84 GHz bands are created and/or read properly!

This is mostly a software problem and a hardware-based interleave-time-slice-scheduling issue which is actually solved for the up-to 10 GHz signal ranges and still doable at up 100 GHz if you interleave enough CPU/GPU chips together. It's NOT a new technique and I was introduced to it in the mid 1990's.

Again, for 10,000 simultaneous users using a muxed data packet format (i.e. where packets for multiple users are combined into a continuous signal burst), it would take about 2 to 8 CPU/GPU chips (less than $5000 U.S. total) to do the 6 GHz 5G bands and around 24 to 32 to do at the 84 GHz 5G bands (less than $20,000 U.S. total)

Why pay $500,000+ for a router when you can synthesize ANY type of signal up to 100 GHz using time-slice offset and interleaving using COMMON general purpose CPU/GPU chips and a decent multi-frequency capable fractal antenna?

P.S. These specifications are now open source and freely licenced under the GNU GPL-3 licencing terms as of January 1, 2019 for hardware and software designs and systems development!

What LEAD in 5G?

If you want a decent 5G router that can broadcast/receive tens of thousands of channels in a multiplexed configuration, all I need to do it take at least TWO $400 AMD Ryzen 2700u chips running at 4 GHz and INTERLEAVE them to emulate a common signal generator and signals processor using software defined radio (SDR) techniques to digitally recreate the waveforms of the 600 MHz to 6 GHz frequencies used by modern 5G gear. SEND out that digital waveform to a decent DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) and RECEIVE 5G signals via a decent ADC (Analog-to-digital) converter and let the embedded AMD Ryzen GPU's do the muxing and demuxing of the waveforms into the proper incoming digital data streams and outgoing waveform signals! Ya just need a decent multi-frequency tuned antenna system to make SDR work spectacularly using common CPU/GPU processors!

That box would cost me less than $2000 to build and handle 1000+ channels instead of buying a $500,000 to $1.5 Million Huaweii, Nokia or Ericsson 5G switch/router! Use multiple AMD Ryzens and I can create a box that can handle 10,000 or more simultaneous users! WHY they are not doing this SDR I will never know but AMD Ryzens are CHEAP and PLENTIFUL and DEFINITELY EASY to program when you put a FREE OPEN SOURCE real-time mission-critical Linux OS distro on it!

Are you kidding me? 1200 TB i literally read AND write that every HOUR! Our Video file libraries are now into the EXABYTES of data! Just ONE video project at 60 fps 8192 by 4320 pixels at 16 bits per RGBA channel is (16 986 931 200 bytes PER SECOND or 16 Gigabytes per second or 61 Terabytes per HOUR!

I use 20 to 30 of those clips at a time at which 1.8 Petabytes per one hour project! AND we have like 20 projects on the go so we are doing 50 Petabytes PER DAY just in our department! This Drive would literally LAST ONE SINGLE HOUR in our facility!

This I fully understand to the Nth Degree! I recent exercise I did for a "relative" and their small business, I forced the company to install two 72 inch racks and had them install ten of the AsRock Gaming Motherboards with the 10 Gigabit network connector on it (i.e. Asrock Fatility mobos at $300 CAN each!) and with each mounted on a thick nylon kitchen cutting board that I bought at a local kitchen supply store.

Since each board already is 10 Gbits networking AND can take up to a 32 core/64 thread AMD threadripper-2 chip in it we can upgrade the systems ANYTIME. Each board gets an 8-core 16 thread CPU (AMD Ryzen 1900x in TR4 socket at $350 CAN), a Vega-64 8-gig GPU card ($525 CAN), 32 gigs of system RAM ($370 CAN) and a one terabyte SSD Sata-3 ($270 CAN) drive and one 4 terabyte 7200 RPM storage drive ($150 CAN) which is more than enough for daily use and finally everyone got two LG Freesync 27 inch displays for $400 CAN each ($800 for both), a KVM box for keyboard/mouse/video connections to their desks and Windows 10 Enterprise bulk pricing.

In bulk wholesale pricing, total cost was around $3000 per workstation-class computer and these are being use for daily CAD/CAM and ERP/SALES use with no network issues at all. Server is a TWO-CPU sever motherboard (Tyan) also racked on a simple cutting board running AMD EPYC 7251 16-Core 2.1GHz CPU's on Windows 2016 server doing NOTHING but Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, and Email services and daily backup/antivirus/anti-malware against all clients between midnight and 6 am. NOTHING ELSE gets done on those servers so they are lightly loaded!

Everything else gets done at the client level since they have so many usable cores that I can assign TWO CPU cores FOR JUST background tasks as end-user widgets, client-machine midday and 6 pm daily backups of Email/Documents/CAD/Cam/Image files folder and a scheduled 1 pm and 7 pm email/anti-malware/anti-virus memory/user files scan. On these machines, everything takes only between 30 minutes to one hour on the backups and scans and the users never know because those tasks are running only in the background on specified and RESERVED cores. The user still has six cores/12 threads to play with in their CAD/CAM/ERP/Sales systems.

They use Sonicwall firewall appliances and a single managed 10 GB switch so speed of data transfer is a non-issue and they CAP everyone's client internet and network access at 400 megabits per second so NO SINGLE USER chokes the entire network (i.e. user Quotas on Network Bandwidth). The other bandwidth left over is reserved for outside sales on VPN and for all scheduled daily backups and anti-virus/malware network scans.

EVERYONE is now happy with this new scheme and I can simply add another 10 boards into two more racks and add another managed switch/router with a bridge in-between creating a sub-net which won't interfere with current users. In terms of maintenance, they are NOT reliant on a SINGLE server box running blade clients which could take down the ENTIRE operation! Everyone gets their OWN client motherboard and if one machine needs maintenance, a user can have their roaming user profile activated on one of the spare boards!

Additions and changes are a BREEZE and easy to do without harming ANY OTHER user!

So far I've been given "Two Thumbs Up" for a small scale network system that works for Workstation-class machines usage rather well!

While it's a rather expensive option if you want to scale beyond 25 users, I would have no personal issue with using nothing but racked gamer motherboards and multiple subnets on 10 Gbit bridges between managed switches/routers. I estimated my system could EASILY be scaled to over 1000 motherboards/users before costs get truly outlandish and I probably have to call IBM in for a Z-series Mainframe price quote!

I've heard of systems using TEN THOUSAND+ such racked motherboard setups using multiple sub-nets for scale-up and scale-out purposes!

If I could turn back time, I'd tell you to keep that old Radarange at home

The documents released by Dark Overlord have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do at all with a vaaaaaaaast Left Wing or Right Wing Conspiracy! These released/leaked documents are nothing more than details on simple 3rd Party Liability and Insurance Policy Subrogation Litigation on the World Trade Centre buildings. Basically, Lloyds of London has investors and guarantors who have UNLIMITED LIABILITY and are REQUIRED to pay out the Billion Dollar+ policy limits for the building and property damaged by the September 9/11 events in New York! These policy guarantors are called "Syndicates" because they are usually groups of individual insurance policy investors or groups of companies who have decided to spread the risk of insurance coverage amongst themselves (i.e. Re-Insurance) so that they MIGHT get income from insurance premiums OR payouts from OTHER insurers that they have bought re-insurance from (i.e. a HEDGE against any claims!)

Of course they don't want to pay the insurance claim AT ALL, or at least, pay only the MINIMUM AMOUNT LEGALLY POSSIBLE. So how do they do that? These lawyers are PAID to find out who ELSE can be blamed (i.e. Boston Logan Airport, the airline, plane manufacturers, screeners, security firms, even door padlock makers!)

Basically, these lawyers will find data to support their assertion about spreading the blame and LEGAL LIABILITY around so it is covered by OTHER companies and persons. The courts can then use the lawyer data to determine the percentage amounts of 3rd Party Liability Insurance Subrogation and any Re-Insurance options and issues. By spending 50 million US, Lloyds MAY be able to assign blame and insurance coverage to another party and AVOID having to pay ALL or SOME of the Billion Dollars it's Policy Guarantors would be legally obligated to pay the Claimant!

Insurance Policy Subrogation and 3rd Party Liability --- THAT'S IT! That's ALL these documents are about! Some lawyers are being PAID to find proof of procedural and/or product/service inadequacy so that they can convince a judge to assign insurance liability to SOME OTHER COMPANY OR ENTITY other than Lloyds of London and its Syndicate investors and Policy Guarantors! It's a Mere Typical Day in the Life of a higher level Insurance Claims Lawyer!

There IS NO CONSPIRACY HERE !!! The word "Syndicates" is a legal term for Lloyds of London Insurance Policy Investors and Guarantors and DOES NOT REFER to some secret MAFIA or government agency who supposedly caused 9/11. What CAUSED 9/11 is the AIRLINE THEMSELVES, who after all the aircraft hijaakings in the 1970's and 1980's, SHOULD HAVE LEGALLY FORESEEN that an aircraft cockpit could be violently entered or invaded by nefarious persons! Ergo, they SHOULD HAVE HAD BY THE YEAR 2000 PROPER LOCKS installed on the Cockpit Cabin doors, built-in wide field of view video monitors AND have the doors themselves fully strengthened against violent intrusion!

It wasn't the AIRPORT'S fault! Americans LIKE freedom of movement! WHY should they be unnecessarily inconvenienced by excessive and intrusive screening when it's the AIRLINE's JOB and the AIRPLANE MANUFACTURER'S JOB to first make a lockable aircraft door that's opens ONLY from the inside AND has a video screen monitoring ability AND THEN have the Airline company employees (i.e. the Pilots!) have it as PART OF THEIR JOB to actually LOCK the damn doors!

When you drive in a bad part of town, don't you at least LOCK your car doors? And Don't you EXPECT that those car doors WOULD be lockable?

Same thing with these documents...THEY are working papers indicating the procedures and details that will HELP assign blame to legally responsible parties so that Lloyds Insurance does NOT have to pay the full insurance policy amount all by itself!
