Dramatic twists?
Ohhh Paris..... The movie was pretty straightforward. But, as for the Web site it's business as usual. Nothing to see here folks. Move along, move along.

If there is an accepted, quantifiable set of metrics that employees can be evaluated on, I know of companies that do this to 10% each year. On the other hand, if you've got a bunch of people that you just don't like, you have to lay them off with full notification and compensation. (I love 'right to work' states). My coat, because for some reason, I'm going to find myself in the bottom 10%.
of a hundred million Chinamen. Look at what they accomplished to host the Olympics. OK, so it's a totalitarian state, BUT; they do have the ability to get things done. And just think if they all jumped up and down at the same time. The helicopter 'cause after jumping up and down, they have to follow up.
Keep in mind that today's M1 battle tanks weigh in at about 62 tons. And they go reallly fast (best off-road vehicle that I know). Now the kit (generator, etc) could be mounted in a supplementary vehicle, but it's kind of like an artillery or even a machine gun crew (some coordination required).
Not a flame, but simply the fires of war.
For all the AC postings claiming bullshit and vested interest; Apparently you are not up to speed on the current El Reg tariffs. Of course they're for sale, and they're very up-front about it. They've posted their tariffs numerous times. If you don't like it, get over it. Mine's handing you your coat on the way out.
This article is going to my leadership 'chain'. "Hey, look! They're working on software to replace me. I'll keep up on the story and let you know when I can be replaced."
Nice to have another few (cough/20) years in the job. Mine's the one being hung up as I settle into my desk.
I wonder (really) what the auction house liabilities are. For example, would Christie's or Sotheby's held libel for forgerys sold at auction if they had not apprised and certified the works themselves? Certifying auctions could become big business for eBay.
The coat, cause I've left. Could have been the black helicopter for eBay.
Back in '92, there was a warehouse filled with a battalion of tank simulators (4 crew in each), with all of the electronics and visuals. This was integrated with a nearby base that had the same for helicopters. You want to talk about a MORPG.
'course you had to be in the service, or you'd get shot within 10 feet of the door.
It sounds like this is an add-on to the 10$ a month Family Locater service. If someone is paranoid enough to track their kids, I'm sure they want this information also. BTW, can I use Family Locater for my 150 employees that are carrying Sprint phones? I wonder what they're doing after-hours.
