I used to turn on the Win2k[0] on XP and got the best of both worlds :)

....Where you turn up with a bit of paper and are then allowed to vote. According to the Guardian, it'd undermine democracy to demand ID whilst voting...
Yes, just get everyone in the village square*, don't forget your sword to identify yourself...
*This is how Appenzell didn't allow women to vote until the 90s!!!!
I know MongoDB is Webscale, but what benefit does it provide here? The data types don't change much and are easily normalised. Please someone fill me in!
In Britain, most people base their choice of ISP on the basis of cost and not customer service or reliability. I guess the ISPs run on an incredibly tight shoestring, although some are worse than others. The ISPs on here that get recommended often eg Zen or A&A are more expensive for a reason.
Music today is really, really bland. We desperately need a “new” Prodigy, Nirvana etc. to shift things.
I’m also slightly afraid that when it comes I’ll be too old (arguably it’d be healthy for the music scene bald, approaching middle age, tubby IT geeks regard it as a terrible racket...)
Could the source of the silicone be... Bulgarian Airbags?
Silicone or leather? Who knows -->
This looks like a big advance in mobile phones that will benefit people instead of the more RAM/Cores/megapixels that we've seen in decent years. I'm not saying I'd pay 2k+ for one; but I'd be more likely to spend a good chunk of cash on one than any of the current "flagships". Obviously, the tech has to work too :)
