My ISP just sticks proper switches in the telephone exchanges which means they can offer up to a symmetric 25Gb, it uses this as a differentiator to the competition who just use XGS-PON. Surely there has to be room for a similar ISP in the UK.

That's some serious German! Good luck.
As someone who had to learn[0] German from scratch as an adult, I found that specific medical vocabulary isn't really taught on the course and you might have to do some research on the terms for specific conditions(s) that you live with. For example, you'll probably learn that Herz is heart, but not what the various valves are called.

It still surprises me how much money some of the older generations of Swiss use. It's not uncommon to see 1000CHF notes being used in shops.
I use more Euros than CHFs in cash as a lot of places in Germany are still in the dark ages and refuse to take card.
