I also Don't use TEAMS or Co-Pilot both are too expensive for a single user on a small group of personal (Main-Notebook-Test System) and I hate that Microsoft has made the out of reach. I'm on Win11 PRO all 3 mid-range systems and a Family 365.
Unless Microsoft make the more affordable for single users They will continue to lose share.
THere is too Much Interferance by Microsoft in Office and Win11.
S far I have turned off CoPilot and I far as we can see we DONT want C0poliot on oyr computer systems of Office suires.
There is already Menues that have been added to Office 356 suit ("Comment, Eddit, Share") that we cant remove or take off and unless Microsoft remove these we will be looking ate another Office suite and goodbye Office 365.
Windows 11 has more problems than good feartures....
Like WIN7 PRO we 50 users will be staying on WIN10 PRO for another 5 years we have NOT long been on WIN10 PRO and here we will remain.
We have 1 full version of WIN11 PRO fully operational on the network and we find it hard to get users to use it, and the fact we have to purchase applications especially to work on WIN11 PRO makes it a hard sell to get for 50 users COST prohibitave, as we are NOT a large company.

I have and use WIDOWS 10 PRO on all our computers.
We have WIN11 on 1 mid range computer but we find that uers hate it and will NOT use the WIN11 computer.
We even tried frocing users to us the WIN110 system for 1 day a week and have found that to NOT use the WIN11 system the go home sick or take a hoilday rather than use it.
Sorry Microsoft BUT Win11 is a failure.
The COST of a businesss (in this ecconomic downturn) upgraing thir systems to WIN 11 is very slim.
Did an anylsis of this for a automotive company 8 systems and the cost of....
1) New Hardware 8 computers and associated pheriphals
2) Cost of software
a) WIN 11 PRO
b) Cost of Accounting upgrade
c) Cost of Office 2021 PRO
d) cost of upgrading Automative scan tools and applcations
e) Cost if install and set up
f) Cost of transfer of Data and application sttings
So you see it is NOT just the O/S its all the asociated its all the other time consuming tasks.
I have just purchased/built a NEW desktop computer along with a TPN module.
I see no benifit to use TPM it seems to offer me NO additionl secutity.
As for BitLocker it seems to give more problems if you enable/use it.
My computers are secuted by MS Defender and MS advanced Guard and over the last few years and not be caught out.
I'm careful and always alert for scam e-mails and what I open CHECK First.
MS has sold or tried to sell us a lemon regarding the bennifits of TPM.
