The problem is that everything they do costs a fortune. One of their blokes told me that to make a concrete plinth for an FTTC cabinet, put the cabinet on the plinth and run a mains supply to it 'costs' £50,000. The total lack of value delivered by these clowns is amazing.

LA matched funding = same public pot, different name. UK get your sh*t together please - it's embarrassing. (I live in rural Dorset where there are no FTTC plans, andI have a client in Soho who still cannot get FTTC)

Despite being an unapologetic tory, it was the privatisation of BT. If I could see ANY example of privatisation having improved things I would be a little more positive, but I simply haven't. Trains, Gas, Electricity, BT etc etc - it's all a clusterfuck with rampant price inflation for no real benefit other than to the shareholders.
