Question: what about CN = Entrust Verified Mark Root Certification Authority - VMCR1, which is used for Verified Mark Certificates (aka BIMI logos) and is supported, for example, in Gmail? Will Gmail be removing support for Entrust based VMC certificates and thus BIMI logos done via Entrust? I've asked this on the public@ccadb.org list (https://groups.google.com/a/ccadb.org/g/public/c/29CRLOPM6OM) and the dev-security-policy@mozilla.org (https://groups.google.com/a/mozilla.org/g/dev-security-policy/c/LhTIUMFGHNw) where these announcements were made.
If you believe https://bimiradar.com/glob it looks like Entrust is selling on the order of a few dozen certs a week to maybe upwards of 100-200, but mostly to large entities that care about email security/spoofing/etc.
