Back in the day I remember there release and AMD clearly stating there new approach CMT, I myself still run a fx8350. So my question is as I worked for a large company that was mainly AMD opteron (bulldozer) for our esx, Citrix farms etc. Alot of software was licenced by number of physical cores. Oracle products being heavily used here. If they say it's not an 8 core. Can we all claim millions back in overpaid licencing? As most vendors counted the cores as advertised.
