Most of the final couple of decades of my career. (I'm retired, and still writing perl).
My PiDP11 arrived a couple of days ago. The Raspi shipped this morning. I am excited and terrified in equal measure (I am useless at building electronics "stuff").
A "wrist-jobbie"? Really?
I too have used the serial connector on a 5MX to program routers, and a PIX firewall.
Are there any? Although "Stand on Zanzibar" (source of the "Supposed to be automatic ..." quote) is one of my favourite reads.
(And presumably source of the firm "Iron Mountain's" name.)
