Tired: Cheap space launch outfits. Wired: Software-and-data-as-a-service for cheap space launch outfits

Well I suppose they could turn a profit selling the iSpace logo to

Apple when it finally gets round to running it's own lunar buses...

This sounds like a pocket lining project gone wrong...

'The total value of the claim was also redacted. Such heavy redactions are unusual in High Court cases being heard in public.'

And the company/individuals who'd been promised all that lovely dosh, got butt-hurt about it all and started crying.

Re: Clearly I've missed something but

Supermarkets do the same thing every few months, to 'ensure the freshness of your shopping

experience' … so just when you start to remember the Pasties are in isle 3, front row, they move

them to isle 7, rear row.

It's now safe to turn off your computer shop: Microsoft to shutter its bricks-and-mortar retail locations worldwide

Eli...

Given the current economic climate... etc.

I'm afraid I've no snappy comment to make about MS ditching retail, however, given the

reduced number of shoppers due to Covid, retail staff already moved into online support,

and the fact the shops (should be/are?) closed as 'non-essential' (at least in the UK), this

would seem like the optimal time to disband the retail side.

You almost might think that someone at MS said 'Hey, it's dead anyways, lets cut the head

off now rather than later'.

To actually be a screw-up, MS would have to bring all their outlets back into service, make

a loss elsewhere to cover re-opening, re-staffing and re-stocking, and THEN shut it all down.

MS might just for once be ahead of the game? Naaaaaaa… can't be.

Can't get your Pi fix online? The Cambridge shop's back open for business, Brits

Re: The Pi is a Lie.

Oh I'm sure your aim will get better as you grow in experience.

Have an absolutely lovely, marvellous, peachy-keen day.

The Pi is a Lie.

I gave up on the Raspberry and its Foundation at about the Rpi 2B stage.

After watching the increasingly toxic comments by staff towards new and

established players on it's forums I decided I didn't want to be lumped in

with them.

Any Rpi projects I had are long since completed, and I donated the

4 I had to a local Tech college who were glad of the spares.

I can only think they've grown into a full fledged business, as so many

.org's or foundations do, with the main focus being on the money...

Wonder when they'll change names to Micro-Pi.

Time to make up your minds... are we watching prequel Skynet from Terminator stuff,

or are we watching prequel 'Butcher of Bakersfield' from Running Man stuff?

Ha.... ha ha, hahahahahahahahaha.... *sob*....

How about you overhaul / improve your customer services

before you promise / do anything else, Virgin?

September of last year, you closed my direct debit.

Since then, every 2 months, you send me a bill for £70+,

whicih includes a 'late payment' charge and an *ahem*

administration fee of £10.

I then phone you, spend 2 hours of my time explaining

*yet again* what has happened. I end up paying by

debit card over the phone, because thats the only

option available. I spend a further 15 minutes setting

up a Direct Debit with the agent on the phone, knowing

full well, that come payment day, the new DD will screw

up, and then we will just rinse and repeat...

You've done this 5 times now Virgin... come on. Get the

BASICS right first...
