For the sake of other customers who might be reading this, I would like to address some of the points you mentioned. First, with the introduction of MyDrive, GO users can import 3rd party POI. Second, regarding Bluetooth connection, Smartphone Connected TomTom navigation devices can connect to the iPhone 3GS or higher with iOS6 and up, Android smartphones which use version 2.3.3 and up, as well as Windows 8.1, version 8.10.14219.341 or above. Third, it is possible to install the map of the UK on a TomTom device, once it's purchased.
