Skype shuts down London office, hangs up on hundreds of devs

I deleted Skype a couple of weeks ago. All of a sudden I started getting 20+ messages today for "friend " requests from men, not one a woman and despite blocking the same names were reappearing. I got totally fed up with it and deleted app. I had looked on a Users site, other people are having the same problem but Microsoft doing nothing. This caused consternation in a few of my friends as don't use Messenger or Whatsapp and too set in their ways to wrap their heads round a new app. If it's fixed I will reinstall but not before.

A world I find terrifying but... I do love the idea of being able to scan things to an on line supermarket of your choice till you have enough to hit the order button. Then the nice man brings it into your kitchen a few hours later. But not if I'm getting the Home network hacked.

I Love my Z3 tablet, it's light, fantastic screen and waterproof. Important to me. I also have Xperia phones and a SmartBand. All product great design and nowhere near as expensive as Apple.

This is truly scary. We are going to have generation of forces personnel who treat killing people with no more care than if playing a video game. I saw an interview with a young man who left being a strike drone operator as he was traumatised by what he'd done. But the next generation may not have the same perception of reality as this will be "normal".

I'm heading into my last 10 days of a five week holiday in Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Both incredibly beautiful places, photos as my Xperia has a great camera and is waterproof for high humidity, and not done yet, dropping into water

Agree, having used a 16gb iPhone would not go back. Sony Xperia phones are great. Expandable memory which suits me as I travel a lot, can add as many photos as I want and more. It's waterproof and the camera is very good.
