I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to confirm that we sell genuine items and are brand new, unless stated otherwise. We source globally but items have full UK specifications.
Furthermore, we offer our customers 30 days cooling off period which we believe is sufficient time for you to check the products received.
