Sorry but I'm with the protestors on this...
So TfL doesn't "think" Uber is illegal but has referred the case to the High Court for a ruling........ I ask myself this , why would an authority licence anything they are responsible for if they aren't 100% sure of its legality. Given the fuss regarding Uber in other cities worldwide I would expect that any licensing agency it approached would have its policy and laws totally clear before granting a licence. Shame on TfL.
Is this the kind of legislature I would have trust in? No way. I can see what the protest is about. Glad I don't live in London..
