I never knew that EE was part of BT, i am now going to find another network. I hate BT!
After all the money the government has given to BT to help those with poor internet and never delivered, you think they could do much better than use clapped out old vista. So the question begs, where did the money go?
I used to use teamviewer a lot, but it now has spyware/trackers within the software.
Hacking? is that like snooping in other peoples business & watching what they do? Is that hacking?
With Windows 10 you get watched, snooped, spied on & anything else you can imagine, and all for free.
If the American army & any other top secret BS the yanks have, if they all used windows 10, then would Lauri Love be in the same shit as the FBI, CIA, NSA & any other BS you can think of?
I think the yanks can PISS OFF!!
From what i understand, Talk Talk has been hacked 2 other times this year. I only found this out when i hear news of this latest security laps!
I personally think this is totally irresponsible that this was not reported to all & past customers of this so it would give the customers time to change there security details.
Had my bank account been emptied i am very sure that talk talk would not replace a penny.
This 15 year old boy should be patted on the back for showing up the inadequacy of talk talk security.
Of course, the biggest blunder was putting Ballmer in the driving seat. I saw a YouTube video of Ballmer dancing at one of Microsoft presentations and thought then, OMG what’s he doing as a CEO??!!

BT may tell you that when there is an issue such as this they will say we will calculate how many days and credit accordingly, but this is really what happens. You will telephone 0800 111 4567 & use the option for technical help. You will then say how many days you have been without Broadband, but they will then say, you need to speak to customer services. So you then ask to be transferred and more than likely they will say you need to redial. You then redial and go to customer services that is not an option, you naturally select the option for cancelling your service and hey presto! You then ask for a credit for how long you have been without internet & they will say, you need to speak to technical. At which point is a good idea to ask for a MAC code, which works much better. I do appreciate that this would have taken about an hour of your time. I used to speak to BT about once or twice a month and that’s when BT was better at customer services. I do feel sorry for BT users.
As i had been with BT for 7 years then switched to o2, i found o2 to be everything that BT is not. Efficient, excellent technical help, English speaking staff, excellent internet speeds & not put on hold for ages before you got any help. I have now gone with BSkyB Broadband and they have incorporated the same set of skills that o2 had. I HAVE TOLD BT THIS AND MANY OTHERS, I WOULD NOT EVEN USE BT PRODUCTS IF THEY OFFERED EVERYTHING TOTALLY FREE.

I once had a speed test of 0.01, i told BT thats this does not meet the requirements of a broadband connection, they said it did and would not cancel my contract. 0.01 is less than dial up, what a laff.
Well i knew & i think we all knew this was going to happen. What i did not realize was that the US are so bold to do this in the open as they do and wash over every other privacy law. I always thought they would snoop and do it quietly as they normally do. I have never used cloud, i will never use cloud and all because of the Americans doing just what they like. Always keep your data with you no matter how safe you think these other clouds are, nothing is safe from the paranoid, overbearing YANKS!!
I care about my emails. My thoughts or expressions are my own as well as any business i conduct over the internet. I also think that all these places that snoop weather they be British or American, always have lots of money and you wonder why our healthcare is going to the wall. It seems that every country has no respect for anybody's privacy. Lets have more from snowden.
I agree totally that any employee that works in a secret environment should expect checks on the individual companies computer & email. But snooping or infringing on peoples right to privacy is a big NO NO. Whats more ironic, it was not worth leaking in the 1st place as Win 8 is totally useless. Maybe if people spent more time in making an operating system that they would like other then snooping and then telling tails to the paranoid American snoopers, then life would be more enjoyable.
After having been with BT for 7 years then gave them another go that only lasted 6 hours, i can only see one way to help improve your experience on the internet. Get another ISP!!
The BT Hub 3 version A was replaced many years ago, you should be with Hub 3 version B. I have no idea if version B address the issue with VPN, but it was done to correct an error with seeing external HDD's
More spyware. Years ago Google was a trusted name, but the more apps i see and what they wish to know about you i feel that trust is now a big issue when getting involved with Google.
I may not be completely up to date with all the modern paraphernalia, but why on earth would Google need to know about my Phone calls, status & identity? Next they will be after my inside leg measurement. When will all this spying stop.
