I agree with a lot of what you are saying that it is not a simple matter of a few words could mean you end up liable, however in this case the fact she had told him to get back into his vehicle and continue the suicide or that she was telling her friends he was missing while telling him to buy the mobile generator... I think it will be quite clear that she had a direct hand in what happened and was blatantly trying to cover her own tracks. Theres a difference between "F*** off and die" and something so cold and calculated to also have had a dry run at things.

as long as "smart" people use the clients for legal reasons (and illegal if they choose) I dont see this being an issue, all p2p clients are legal to use, downloading illegal files obviously isn't .firefox tor etc are all legal, even though you can use them to get things illegally etc. Aslong as your not taking money away from the greedy I dont think they really care.

I get why people would want to boycott them, but perhaps like others have stated hmrc should get the tax issues sorted, In terms of service I can get something from Amazon and it will be here tomorrow. If I buy from large british firms, I find the couriers they use are not always reliable, in other words if I can get (and know I get) the service I want from amazon or go elsewhere , where the service could be (and usually is) sub-par, what reason can you give me to use that inferior service. As a consumer this is the main thing I would be thinking about in regards to should I use amazon this xmass.

I never got into myst, , I had an amiga and played all the lucasarts classic , manic mansion , monkey island etc I love adventure games but the only reason I upgrade to a PC with a CD/DVD rom was because monkey island 3 came out
