The GCHQ’s action was legally questionable, how did they know Mr. Miranda was coming in transit and he had such data. Being in transit as Mr. Snowden in Russia is not considered by law as entering a land. As Germany has “opt” out the spy deal with Britain because of the British infringement of German law the information obtain from Germany must be considered as illegally obtained and against German law. The GCHQ has made a president in law that could back-fire on their own interest.
