Hardly surprising that FTI Consulting only realised £32M for the sale of 2e2.
On day one they went straight in with the boot and destroyed parts of the company that were profitable and had some value. What was left was so damaged and incomplete it had to be virtually given away.
The senior management (???) brought about this collapse and they should be investigated to the fullest extent.
No Notice period
No January salary
No Redundancy
No payment for expenses incurred
Employment Contract T&C's not honoured
No 'garden leave' or grace period for cars, phones IT equipment, etc. No use of facilities.
Not even a letter - just a mass conference call which kept cutting out thus losing much of it.
(The presenter had to cut it short with questions still outstanding due to 'another appointment'.)
What a way to end decades of loyal service!
