Barry neglected to mention we also hand out free maple syrup at election stations to encourage voter turnout. The only problem is too many voters keep adding "pancakes" as a write-in option.

"Shame really. I never had an Amiga myself, but sometimes I'd quite like one. And most of the best Archimedes games were Amiga ports :)"
There is a stand-alone Vampire V4 coming out some time... hopefully in 2018. Fully upgraded with 24 bit graphics, 512MB memory, 16 bit audio, AMMX, fast FPU, HDMI output.... 68080 processor (equivalent to ~250MHz 68060). Very cool indeed. You might want to keep an eye out.

Price drops? Intel? Surely you jest my good fellow.
May I present for your attention the current Intel price list: https://s21.q4cdn.com/600692695/files/doc_downloads/cpu_price/2018/Apr_03_18_Recommended_Customer_Price_List.pdf
If our dear reader would kindly direct their attention to the "% Decrease" column one would quickly surmise that this column is some sort of insider joke at Intel. The column is null. Every cell. No decrease to be found. Keeping good company with Nessie, Bigfoot and little green men. And may I suggest that this pattern has repeated itself more often that not with new price list releases.
Intel is still in the "we own the market" mindset. Hopefully AMD can keep their collective sh!t together long enough to start squeezing some of Intel's insane margins.

68K isn't quite dead. It is being revived as the 68080 chip by a new development team!
Currently in FPGA form and being used as an add-on accelerator for Amiga computers. A stand-alone computer based on this chip (Vampire V4) is due for release later on this year. Currently in beta.

Shame on Ford. Not surprising they are contemplating 20% global layoffs.
