Speaking of horrible postures, pretty much every doctor I've been to lately has had a miraculously bad position in front of the computer, usually with the screen in one corner of the desk, and the keyboard in front of the screen, meaning that they usually have to turn sideways to be able to type and/or see their screens.
On top of that most have the height of the monitor and keyboard way of, and on top of that typing hunt and peck with high lifts of the hands.
And what really annoys me is that it would be easily solveable by using an L shaped desk, one side towards the visitor, and the computer on the other side of the L, and with some typing training.
