Come on!

It's fucking space! It's big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space and if you think getting out there will be cheap you're doing it wrong.

So what's a few billion between agencies when you can just print out more! You're already in debt and throwing money at programs that probably won't matter in one hundred years, but space! I mean come on! It's space!

"where they showed that you can't convict someone just because they were thinking about something."

While that may be true, it would seem the idea res ipsa loquitur would have some weight in the matter. To modify someone elses analogy If I type an email telling someone to burn down my business for the insurance, save it to drafts, then later send a copy that just says "Go a head and do that thing we talked about" when my business burns down and they find the original unsent draft should I claim that I'm not guilty because I only thought it?

The fact is that Apple and the book publishers came to an agreement on the "Agency model". The case will most likely be decided based on what that looks like to the jury after both sides present their case.

Personally I've stuck with Motorola phones. I like the build quality and their radios are usually top notch. Which is why the E815 is still my favourite phone. I'm hopeful that poor managment decisions don't overshadow the engineering as they've had some really great phones come out of the mobility division and I am ready for a new one.
