Why would you need to go through all that trouble? Simply format a home partition, so for future upgrades all your data remains as long as you don't reformat it.

I never understood why so many are wooed by celebrity endorsements. I find the entire entertainment/celebrity industry quite annoying, to say the least.
If RIM had the money to pay her and her not so great TV network, I'm sure she'd be saying how wonderful their product is - or what's the name of the other cell phone maker that's on it's death-bed? Oh yeah Nokia.
Somehow I don't ever see MS getting the cult following Apple has. But who knows, I'm not a psychic.

OK, I admit I'm not very familiar with the specifics of trial procedures, but the idea that evidence however relevant can be ignored because it's filed too late seems to me a major flaw. And if that evidence isn't allowed during the trial, then doesn't it make sense that the party with the new evidence could demand an appeal or new trial?
