This is why it necessary to go after the publisher in the jurisdiction that the material is published in. There is no chance of the UK successfully prosecuting an ISIS terrorist posting material from Syria.

So it's basically 2 years of A' levels with no subject choice, plus a year of unaccredited cyber training. Gifted kids will want to do A' levels of their choice followed by Oxbridge or their choice of cyber degree.

As a 12 year old can probably Google for and follow instructions on how to bypass the filter, I suggest that the filter is only suitable for protecting the under 12s. Therefore, any site that is not child friendly should be blocked. This will provide maximum protection for "the kids", whilst ensuring that most people opt out!

The way I interpret the article, it is specifically sitting down, in a chair, that's bad for you and not inactivity in general. Chairs constrict your motion, where as lying down or sitting on the ground allow you to move more freely.
