Oh dear Sony, one less sale now... your pricing is screwed, just like the Vita will be... its one huge cost after another. £280 for the Vita. Extra £100 for a defent size memory card. £40ish for a game... with a 3-5 hour battery life... sigh. Not good, not good at all!

Thousand-gamer FPS fragfest shoots for world record

The largest FPS ive been involved with was MAG on PS3. That was 64 v 64, graphics werent great and the spawn points take you far away from the action.

Wouldnt mind seeing COD or Battlefield try something similar on consoles this gen.

Lovefilm lengthens UK content collection

Ive been using Netflix now for just over a week (free trial at the moment) and im still impressed with the content available and have also been introduced to some new comedy series from the states.

The website version isnt as good as the PS3 application but it does allow you to be signed in on both at the same time (my sister has been watching the first 4 seasons of 24, while )

The "HD" streams arent to bad, quality isnt as good as iPlayers HD offerings but overall Im still happy with the service.

Netflix goes live in Blighty

i signed up to this early this morning and watched a few episodes of a series id never seen before - the quality is fantastic and the choice of films and tv shows isnt to bad.

Im taking advantage of the free trial at the moment, if Netflix can update the content on a regular basis they can happily have my £6 a month.

Sony PS Vita sales fall shy of 3DS launch volume

I've been keeping an eye on the Vita since the announcement at E3, the price seemed reasonable considering the tech that it has BUT the price of the memory cards has seriously put me off buying this at launch. I can only see myself buying this if cheaper brands of memory start to appear.

The launch line up of games (in my opinion) has the best titles of any system.

Sony wont add phone functionality to this model, but I can see them adding it to the next model as Sony and Ericsson have recently parted ways.

Netflix UK to stream BBC shows

The BBC should have all this content on the iPlayer - these shows have been funded by licence fee payers therefore we should have access to the content on the iPlayer platform, these shows shouldnt be used to promote payed for services like Netflix, Lovefilm etc...

it's getting boring reading comments about Sony removing the "Other OS" feature by some of the people posting on here. Get over it!

Im no fan boy, I dont feel like I've been screwed over at all - great games, decent hardware, a free online service. Overal,l a well supported system, just like Sonys previous consoles.
