Brown dwarf
We not calling them brown dwarves any more?

On the occasions where I carried the browning, it was with one in the chamber and hammer at half bent, safety off. I was never picked up for it. You could pull the hammer back to full cock from half bent whilst drawing the pistol from the holster with a little practice.
Indeed in the balkans we were required to put one in the chamber leaving camp, pistol or rifle.
You install Classic Shell or similar. Then its pretty much windows 7 with a few nicer control panels and it boots a fair bit quicker.
TIFKAM helpfully opens on one monitor if you have multiple monitors enabled if you want it and plays nice with the other desktop. The built in apps are OK and very responsive.
All in all have I wasted my £25? Maybe, but it works well enough and with classic shell installed the metro interface doesn't intrude, and on multiple monitors can actually be useful.
Presumably they would be pumping oil around the tanks and via radiators. Plenty of scope to have various sedement bowls and filters in-line. This would keep the oil clean and clear of contaminants and be easy to maintain.
I built a homebrew oilcooled PC and used off the shelf automomotive oil filters and a cooler from a long deceased motorbike. As they are quite capable of keeping the oil in a diesel engine clean of contaminants I'm sure a rack of servers would not present any significant challenge-an internal combustion engine is a FAR mor demanding environment.
As I recall a neutron star is believed to formed from a type 2 supernova of a star over a certain mass. The collapse is rapid enough for the nuclei to be squashed into neutron degenerate matter before the carbon atoms get a chance to fuse so you don't get the gert kablam you would do from a white dwarf collision or accretion.
