Just take a sample from every baby at birth and keep it in the database, go for it!! Also why don't you chip every child from birth so they can be tracked?

It's a good phone
I tested this phone about 2 months ago and I must say I was impressed by the improvements over the Tocco (my actual phone), felt like a much better phone, there are improvements to the interface and the menu structures, handling of pictures etc and I have been dissatisfied with the Tocco ever since. I think it's a great phone and would recommend it!

I think there just putting this research out to crash the price, they probably sold there shares for a high price last week and made quite a bit of $$ overall, put this research paper in the drop the price, and they'll be able to buy there shares back again at a low price and oh look the share price will go back up in the near future and they'll make more money!!

I had one of these so called "fines" so I ignored it, got "debt collection agency" letters. Funnily enough the debt collection agency was registered at the same address as the parking ticket company...ignored that and that was ooooooo a year ago now?
They know what there doing can't be enforced that's why I never heard anything back but in most cases people pay up because there scared of the court action and debt collectors they threaten with.

Think you hit the nail on the head....If ebay have to police this then "trade-it" / newspapers should police there for sale sections? Car boot sales should be watched? Market stalls which sell a HUGE amount of forged goods should be policed better?
How on earth these companies expect ebay to police forged goods I dont know? It's not as if the seller puts on the description that they are forged items and without them passing through ebays hands there is no way they can tell, unless they hire thousands of people to examine EVERY picture on ebay and verify it is a genuine item, and then the items without pictures....well of course they'll have to be posted to ebay to be checked

Ryan Airs £1 bargain flights are £1 if you fly at the right times, plus TAX of course...Basically Expedia etc go through the whole system like you would and get the final price at the end.
Whilst they are getting RyanAir business they are obviously making money out of it, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it and according to the terms and conditions of using the site your not allowed to do that as it is for commercial profit, maybe they should reword the t&c's to say not to be used for commercial gain.

why does everyone care so much about 3G?
Why do you all say, when its got 3G it'll be so much better etc? It's not that great a technology it just allows you to surf the internet a bit faster and make video phone calls....
Does anyone seriously use the internet on their mobile (on the phone or through laptop) that much?? And if you do just buy a USB modem on a decent data tariff.
And well I cant think of anyone that actually makes video calls

Think theres something missing here....
There must be something missing from this story...how on earth could the RIAA find out he ripped his CD to his computer? without A) illegally having a trojan or something on his computer and "spying" on him or B) Him sharing them.
Now I would personally say it was 99.9% B and therefore is just another normal file sharing lawsuit
