So..... the conclusions of the author are disable java/silverlight/javascript/any local execution etc etc etc... yawn. This is really 'sensible advise?' then.. why not do it properly and use a secure browser... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynx_(web_browser) - disabling cookies obviously!
