Also, a DDOS would be more like a whole bunch of people standing in your way preventing you from going where you want, which would - certainly in my opinion - be significantly more than petty obstruction.
Yup, sounds like a legitimate demonstration to me.
If the modified mozzie is strong enough to compete with and establish itself amongst the natural population, how can it then be removed, other than with a yet stronger (modified) mozzie?

And not all games have incomplete information. Poker, yes (you don't know what cards the opponent has); chess, noughts and crosses, no (you know all the pieces he has, what moves he can make, etc).
