the fact is Obama had the DOJ monitoring Detroit and other intercity voting areas to ensure minorities would not be afraid to vote for Hillary. Halderman claims are just noise and more of an attempt to put in a statistic model to generate votes that Hillary didn't get. Hillary didn't get the minority percentage expected by the dems. all this is hacking story is really funny. how many years have hackers been stealing credit data from Target, Macys, banks,etc. Hillary claims she's leadership material in today's world of technology. So, with access to some of the best minds from wallstreet to Apple genius bar...haha... how can a smart organization get hack? Dems need a big villain to blame and refocus the attention away from their screw ups and this story line rings too close to disinformation effort and plus a little hint of inside job for a few dollars for local talent. "Your all talking Carp" very poor understanding of the subject. although I prefer "no one starts using them", the world is not made up of caring and rational individuals. nukes decay like cars or standard explosive devices, where some last long with care while others become junk. The problem is the core is consistently emitting high energy particles. these particles can damage electronics, plastic explosions, the metal casing, even cause a "phase" change in the nuclear material metallic structure(some of the crystal bonds deform) , etc... math models are just theories, as more studies are done and with very detail analysis of bomb is done, they can improve the model..... but no model will be 100% accurate because when these devices where manufactured, the tech didn't exist to measure true density of matter. And most people would prefer we didn't restart making new bombs....

SR-71 nose was more for stabilization and some lift at extreme altitude. at 3+mach speeds at 80k+ ft, air density varies a lot quicker, the nose helps "lift" and spread the shock wave created from re-entering denser air, think of it like boat breaking thru short high waves......

these fuels will be made this an easy target for high energy defense systems but these fuels are more stable for storage, lowering a silo blast. too much acceleration will create problems for warhead targeting and energy "bleeding", but that said, the Russians have been interesting creative using low tech.

if everyone would stop and remember how apple violated a local report reporter rights, had its security force with local help seize his computers and docus and demanded all "keys". then had him "jailed" for a few days and then went after family and friends .....

China has more power here, "labor laws and wages" and free two labor could stop and apple's cost would climb or they hold shipping up for safety...., etc...

Apple automatic update service is a backdoor, tough to use for locals, FBI, most 3nd world countries.... but that's about it.

this is a form of "discovery" and Apple can recovery cost once it is approved by judge. Historically Courts have ordered individuals to handle over their "keys". In the end, every big name lawyer will side with the FBI because the legal system will grind to a halt if discovery of docs is restrained, because Everyone will store critical data on phones or sets of phones,etc.

first, if u sale hardware , software and services to the US or the DOD, u have no secret code. And u can not mass product ics and complete products without a boat load of special diagnostics tools the average tech people can use safety. the 256 cyp is more noise than a real problem. Gene's V6 forced IBM into released the 370 line sooner than planned, good for customers, a loss of extra income on old 360 hardware. while smart i/o controllers was the "thing" , in depth analysis of memory bus access "tie-ups" between different io speed devices and the cpu,etc,,, Gene's team designed a single master channel that passed io data subsystems that worked thru a special cache access. this gave the V6 series an edge over the newest IBM hardware for a long time. On simple modeling, IBM could not find any real benefit........ until real time analysis of new dynamic memory refresh cycle showed "issues" in delays.......

The most of cost of s 360 series was all the new ics the IBM MADE in house and stop using TI for some ics when TI started building supercomputers. Plus water cooled added cost but sorting the interconnecting duel processors and core memory..... io subsystems cause some problems with bus delays....etc...

For the V6, Gene created a different approach to ic design by creating one master chip that had many subsystems on it..... lower cost of fab by 100% at worst..... 2000% by best analysis.. so core of processor was 100 similar ics. ..just wired different externally. ..

Gene was more noted about pushing uniform wiring lengths between boards in his early work on the 709s and 360s. Of course, putting micro coding on the cpu improved upgrades at a small speed loss ...

MS was never focused in producing stable and smart code. Half baked programming ruled the west coast for too long. It was cheaper and faster to produce poor coding, and with the early IBM alliance, generated a guarantee market, yielded large profits. So large profits yielded business models that supposed poor coding and created a massive 3nd party products fixing the obvious.
